The Chesapeake Sheriff's Office upgraded Project Lifesaver. They are now working with EmseeQ, a device worn around the client's wrist or ankle. It's basically a small cell phone, that looks like a watch, and it emits a signal to cell towers. If the client wanders off, 911 will receive a call and immediately send help to the client's location.
