Food and fellowship! On December 6, 2016 Sheriff Jim O’Sullivan and the Chesapeake Sheriff’s Office Jail Ministries  held their 27th Annual Prayer Breakfast. Sheriff O’Sullivan kicked off the event and welcomed the crowd before Mayor Alan Krasnoff offered greetings
